Privacy and cookies

1. Who processes your data?
This website is operated by the Novara2 team. You can reach the data controller at info@novara2.eu.
You can reach us there with any privacy question.
2. What data do we process here?
This is a pre-launch information page. There is no registration, no form and no newsletter sign-up, so we neither ask for nor store your name or email address.
What does get created:
- Server logs. The web server records one line per request: IP address, requested path, timestamp and browser identifier. This is an inherent part of serving a website and is used for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Retention: up to 30 days.
- Visit statistics. Only if you consented in the cookie banner. See below.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser. This site uses the following:

4. Google Analytics
If you consent, Google Analytics 4 produces anonymous statistics about how
the site is used. Provider: Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow
Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). IP addresses are processed in anonymised form,
and advertising signals (ad_storage,
ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are denied in
every case.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). If you do not consent, not a single request is sent to Google from this site. You can withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
5. Third-party services
Fonts and all images are served from our own server, so displaying the page sends no request to any third party.
If you click the Discord button you navigate to Discord, where Discord's own privacy policy applies. If the member count of our Discord server is displayed on the page, your browser fetches it directly from Discord, so your IP address reaches Discord. The same applies to the Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram links: they are plain links, and without a click no data goes to them.
6. Your rights
- You may request information about what data we process about you.
- You may request correction of inaccurate data, or its deletion.
- You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- You may withdraw consent-based processing at any time.
- You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

7. Changes
If this notice changes, we update the date above. If a change involves a new measurement tool, we ask for your consent again.
